Is Any Type Of Outdoor Yi Or Kami Cameras Available?

I have a pretty urgent matter i need to take care of and they don’t respond to their zendesk tickets. Amazon doesn’t have any available I can’t believe that we are now getting ads on security cameras!

The Kami Home Pc App Installs Fine, But That App Doesn’t Allow Me To View Recordings From My Yi Camera’s Sd Card.

Anyone have a way to actually get in contact with yi’s support team? I’ve been trying to install/download the pc home app from their download site but the file seems broken. This was not part of the sales pitch!
