x + y = 13

x - y = -7

Resolving by add method:

x + x + y + (-y) = 13 + (-7)

2x = 6

x = 6/2

x = 3

x + y = 13

3 + y = 13

y = 13 - 3

y = 10

The numbers are 3 and 10
