Animal cells do not have cell walls, Animal cells have only one or small vacuoles, they have centrioles,  they do not have chloroplasts, but they do have cytoplasms.

Plant cells have cell walls, they have very large vacuoles, they only have centrioles in lower plant forms, they have cholorplasts in order to make their own food, and they also have cytoplasms.
