Answer: The correct answer is Sickle cell anemia.  

Sickle cell anemia is caused due to point mutation in the beta- globin chain of hemoglobin molecule. This causes the hemoglobin molecule to distort and the shape of the red blood cells resembles to sickle shape.

The sickle shaped cells can block the blood circulation and the circulation of oxygen is also disrupted in this case.
