f(x) = √13x = √13 * √x = √13 * x^0.5
f'(x) = (√13 * 0.5) * x^-0.5 = ((√13)x^-0.5)/2 = √13 / 2x^0.5 = √13 / 2√x

Hence, the derivative of y is √13 / 2√x
