I'm not going to explain it in 100 words and I'll not give my opinion, but I'll tell you why.
There are presidential term limits because this gives a fair opportunity to everyone. If there wasn't a president could be president for the rest of his life even if he was a great president. To provide equal oppurtunity to all the rule is 4 years in 1 term and 2 terms max.
