also, guys help me. with the budgies, i have if ur a bird expert
whenever I come into the room they start chirping.....so do they like me? or hate me? the green one, the female also steps on my finger only when she's outside like inside the house outside of the cage. when she is inside she would be nervous...to step on my finger...also the blue one, also female, doesn't even come near my hand.......but green one does .............so what do u say? they like me or no?

they are actually happy to see you and if they don't step onto your finger that's because they probably don't know what you are trying to do try talking to them more get them to feel comfortable to seeing you and if they don't want to be touched then that's when you give them their space so they know that they have that type of bound with you.
