Perpendicular to the given one slope-wise is 3/2, so using that as m, and the point as plug-ins for X and Y, you can use this formula [y-y1=mx(x-x1)] to get y=3/2 — 7/2.
However, that’s not the end, since it specifies standard form. So, from there, you have to move X to be on the same side as Y, leaving you with the following equation:
