I have a question, but it's not really for school.
I have ADHD, and I want to stop procrastinating. How do I do it?

I don't know much but I might be able to help. I would recommend focusing on like a hard chore or a task for 45 minutes. I usually put my phone or what other thing is keeping me from doing something in an other room. Once your 45 minutes is up I would recommend taking a short 15 minute brake.
