Hi there! :)

We are given the slope of the line and a point that it passes through.

Using this information, we can write the equation in point-slope form:

y-y1=m(-x1)

y-1=-1/2(x-6)

y-1=-1/2x+3

Now, move -1 to the right, using the opposite operation:

y=-1/2x+3+1

y=-1/2x+4
