Let's first write out 10 ÷ 2/3:

  [tex]\frac{10}{\frac{2}{3} }[/tex]

When we divide by a fraction, we flip the fraction 2/3 into 3/2 so that we can multiply it by 10, so:

      [tex]\frac{10}{\frac{2}{3} } =10*\frac{3}{2} =5 * 3=15[/tex]

Thus the answer is 15
