How to solve this equation algebraically

  You can solve this expression algebraically by multiplying each of the fractions' numerator and denominator by the other fraction's denominator to get a   common denominator for the two fractions. Then, you add the numerators, and you multiply both sides of the equation by the reciprocal of the denominator of  one side of the equation. Please let me know if you'd like to see some work.
