How do I write this equation in standard form
Y +7 =5/4(x-6)

By "standard" I assume you mean "slope-intercept."

The form you have it in is "point-slope"

"slope intercept form" comes in the form [tex]y=mx+b[/tex]

Therefore the form would be:

[tex]y=\frac{5}{4}x-\frac{15}{2}-7[/tex]

[tex]\boxed{y=\frac{5}{4}x-\frac{29}{2}}[/tex]

y + 7 = 1 1/4(x - 6)
y + 7 = 1 1/4(x) - 5/4(6)
y + 7 = 1 1/4x - 7 1/2
   + 7 1/2         +7 1/2
y + 14 1/2 = 1 1/4x
y = mx + b
y = 1 1/4x + 14 1/2
