Can the numeric value for the area of a circle ever equal the numeric value for the circumference of the same circle? Explain

Well, for the area, it is pi r squared and the circumference is 2 pi r, so you could use the radius of 2 and it would work.. 2 x 2 is 4 and 2 squared is 4, then both the circumference and area would be 4 pi.
