Basically Bayla colors the space inside would be the total area of a triangle
so area of a triangle =1/2*b*h
A=1/2(15)(8.5)
A=63.75 cm^2
this much area she will color

Bayla draws a triangle with a base of 15 cm and a height of 8.5 cm. If she colours the space inside the triangle, what area does she colour?
15 x 8.5 = 127.5
TRIANGLE = Base x Height divided by 2.
127.5 divided by 2 = 63.75
She will colour in 63.75 cm^2 (and will have a lot of fun :) )
NEVER EVER FORGET TO PUT UNIT^2 WHEN DOING AREA!!!
Hope this helps xox :)
