Gertrude does die of poisoning. Claudius meant for the poison to be for Hamlet, but instead Gertrude drank it. Claudius also dies of poison.....a poison sword. Hamlet also dies from the swords poison. This leaves Ophelia, and she drowned. Ophelia was the one who did not die of poison. Hope this helps!
