Jenna owns a souvenir shop at the beach. She marks up the price of all souvenirs by 40%. If beach towels cost her $8 each, what will be the price of beach towel at her shop?

Well, what a deal! Jenna's towels would only cost $4.80! So, to figure out this problem- (8 x 40)/100 = 3.20 so... $8 - $3.20 = $4.80! Hope that helps!
