In an orchard, there are 18 apple trees, 24 orange trees, and a cherry tree. What is the ratio of apple trees to orange trees?

The ratio of apple trees to orange trees would be 18:24. 
You need to arrange the ratio in fraction form: 18:24 = 18/24
18/24 = 9/12 = 3/4
