11/66 = n/27

We're essentially just trying to get "n" by itself :)

Big numbers may scare you, so simply simplify 11/66 into 1/6 :)

So, our new question looks like this :

1/6 = n/27

Multiply both sides by 27 :)

1/6 × 27 = n

Simplify.

27/6 = n

Simplify.

n = 4 3/6

Simplify.

n = 4 1/2

~Hope I helped!~

11/66=n/27
1)Cross multiply
n*66= 66n
11*27=297
2)Divide 66 both side
66n=297
----- -----
66 66
3)Cross 66/66
4) Bring down n
4)Divide 297/66=4.5

n=9/2 or 4.5
