[tex]9(3+4w)=6w-3(7-8w) \ \ \ |\div 3 \\ 3(3+4w)=2w-(7-8w) \\ 9+12w=2w-7+8w \\ 9+12w=10w-7 \ \ \ |-10w \\ 9+2w=-7 \ \ \ |-9 \\ 2w=-16 \ \ \ |\div 2 \\ w=-8[/tex]

w=-8 is the solution to this equation.
