Based on the equation, the coordinate point is (-4, 2). It is -4 because in the original equation, it's [tex]-x_{1}[/tex], but because it's positive, that must mean it was originally a negative. Why? Because a negative times an negative equals a positive.

Now, let's convert this to Slope-Intercept Form.

y - 2 = 2/3(x + 4)
y - 2 = 2/3x + 8/3
Add 2 to both sides.
y = 2/3x + 14/3

The slope of the line is 2/3 and the original point was (-4, 2).
