What is the percent of change from 0.55 to 0.1?

In order to find the change, it's a decrease.

Find the old value to the new one and subtract. 0.55 - 0.1 = 0.45.

Then, divide the value from the old value:

0.45 / 0.55 = 0.81

Change the decimal into a percent by moving it two places to the right to be 81%
