x2 - 16x + 60 = -12
1. First subtract 60 from each side
x -16x = -72
2. Next add 64 to each side. (You add half of 16 squared)
x^2-16x+64=-8
3. Next you factor. 
(x-4)^2=8
4. Take the square root of both sides.
x-4=+/-sqrt(8)
5. Add 4 to both sides.
x=4+/-sqrt(8)

1. first, subtract: 60

2. next, add: 64
