Solve the following system of equations by using the substitution method.
y = x + 3
y = 2x – 4

(-7, -1)

(7, 10)

(10, -7)

(2, 7)

There appears to be a typing error in the second equation. 

Still the answer is (7,10) because it is the only ordered pair that works for the first equation.
